That the Government change the Law to reverse the order of precedence for payments made under Bankruptcy so that the smallest debt is paid first and the debts to large organisations and the Government through Tax Liabilities are paid last.
Further, that all liabilities for money paid by customers in advance for goods not received shall be repaid in full; and that all other liabilities to private citizens of less than £5000 shall be repaid in full; and that until all such debts are paid the debtor shall not be discharged from Bankruptcy
