Rejected petition Tougher sentences for child killers

In the wake of one of baby P's killers walking free after serving just TWO YEARS of a pathetic 6 year sentence, i want to see a fixed sentence for child killers. Life sentences, which should mean life. A man is sentenced to 30 years for a train robbery but yet someone who murders a child can walk away after just serving 2 years. This needs to change....
