Call to the ombudsmans verdicts to be called into question to an independent authority. The phso ombudsman investigates less than 3% of cases brought by the public. This makes the office ineffectual and the public should be able to trust this office. It should be either disbanded or they should answer to an independent authority rather than asking their own staff to look at their verdicts.
