There is a growing number of vicitms of medical accidents because unfortunately Medics have the comfort of not being sued or being accountable personally,the authority pick up the tab and take blame. If there was mandatory charges of manslaughter and jail terms imposed, the individual(s)culpable, mistakes that are often caused by COMPLETE carelessness and stupidity would be curbed, better care taken. plus vicitims want punishment,not money
