Doctors fees when someone has died need to be abolished. I had a friend who passed away and was diagnosed dead by the ambulance people who came to her home. Her own GP never saw her but was paid a lot of money to sign a death certificate. This should be part of the package they receive every year to have patients registered at the practice.
