Petition Demand the EU accounts are fully disclosed. Not been audited in 20 years.

The accounts going back to 1994 have shown material errors, and apparently from 1994 - 2006, they have been "not entirely" fair or accurate. Are these accounts ever released for public scrutiny? It's administered by the EU's own "Court of auditors" who give their opinion. Their own people? Why?
