Rejected petition A Second EU referendum to include ALL British Citizens resident in the EU.

British Citizens resident in the EU over 15 years were disenfranchised, by not being allowed to vote on an election which affected them directly. They face loosing rights, property and returning to UK putting pressure on social services including NHS.
Why was this petition rejected?
