Also, boost money into the NHS by properly claiming with the E111 system or enforcing health insurance for non-EU visitors. In the Oct 2013 yougov report, this could save £500million annually. All UK residents must pay taxes for 12months before being eligible for benefits. This will also empower our youth to get off benefits as most migrants are much less likely to claim benefits. If UK firms must pay UK and non-UK people the same salary, there is much less incentive for mass migration
