Rejected petition the right to OPT out of BBC so we dont have to pay for a TV licence

Introduce a opt out system for bbc in order to make people like myself have the right to not pay for a TV licence.
I suggest a block channel system like sky uses if you don't pay for sky sports for example, your channel is blocked

I feel we the British public have the right to op out of bbc or they could introduce adverts so we don't have to pay for a TV licence I feel it's a disgrace we have to pay this even if we don't watch the bbc.
