Rejected petition English Parliament

It must be for English Members of Parliament to vote on English issues. It is wrong for MP's from Scotland and Wales to have input to English matters. I see no problem with UNITED KINGDOM issues, but if our MP's cant vote in their assembly why should they be able to influence ours ??
