More details

Incrimental taxes on second and third jobs so that it would encourage people only to have one job. That would free up lots of good jobs for the unemployed.
The government should increase second job tax to 90% and third job to 95% and any other job to 99%.
This would stop the "jobs for the boys" attitude in banking and company directorships allowing the long term unemployed the prospect of well payed jobs and give great tax returns to pay off the national deficit
