Petition Following EU exit vote make UK tax haven to maintain/entice economic investment.

There is a strong potential that foreign investment will be negatively impacted following the EU exit vote, with markets & currencies already slumping. I am suggesting the UK becomes a tax haven (with subsequent tax reform) to assist in maintaining & promoting foreign investment & economic growth.
