Rejected petition Reinstate national service for the youth of today

Reinstating national service will teach the youth of today some respect and manners which sadly is lacking across the country.
In other parts of the world this is mandatory and speaking to the older generation, it did them no harm whatsoever.

I believe this step will have a positive effect on society as it will teach manners, respect, a sense of pride and I also believe it will have a positive affect on both unemployment and the crime rate.
