Rejected petition Prohibit DVLA giving name and address details to unscrupulous car park operating companies

Some car park operating companies request name and address details of vehicle registration numbers from the DVLA, to enable the company to send monstrous and inflated "penalty charges" to drivers.

Anecdotal evidence suggests that these "charges" are a "rip-off" and unreasonable.

Please prohibit DVLA disclosing name and address details to these car park operating companies.
