Rejected petition End subsidies to Scotland and Wales.

To stop the subsidies (Barnett Formula) being paid to Scotland,Wales and Northern Ireland solely at the expense of the English Taxpayers. This subsidy costs every family in England 420.00 pounds/year.
It is totally unfair that these subsidies which is equivalent to £1624.00 pounds/head gives the devolved regions-

Free Prescriptions
Free Hospital Parking
Free Accomidation in Care Homes
Free University Tuition Fees ( even for Scottish Students studying at English Universities)

The time has come to stop these totally unfair payments so that we all play on the same pitch.
