Rejected petition Bring back Alliance & Academy RL to save and improve player development

We desperately need to get rid of Dual Reg playing and bring back alliance and academy (or similar) rugby league in this country to try and save player development. Dual Reg is unfair to the lower teams as it is dictated by the Super League clubs and does not encourage true player development.
