Rejected petition We demand the HM Government immediately repeal the European Communities Act 1972

This act granted EU law primacy over domestic UK legislation. By repealing this act it will remove the uncertainty and dangers of delaying Brexit by 2+ years by triggering Article 50 of the Treaty of European Union (2007).
