Government to make complusory for developers to build a wind turbine (or alternative) renewable electricty supply (solar panel on all roofs) for the planned development. This will have a two fold effect, power supply in commercial areas (and possibly residential) and go some way to bring more acceptability of wind turbines in our environment, assit against the NIMBY attitude.
