Petition Both parents should have to sign off on the important decisions in a childs life

8 and half week ago my sons dad decided he was keeping our son and not bringing him home. I haven't seen or spoke to our son since. His dad was able to change his school and gp without my permission. I want the law to change so that both parents have to agree to important changes in a child's life

Im having to fight tooth and nail just to speak to my son. My heart is in pieces and i want to make sure no one else has to go through what im currently experiencing. Schools, doctors, passports etc should all have to require both parents signatures, not just one parent.
