Rejected petition Article 50 not invoked until terms of access to EU market approved by UK public

I want to ensure that we know the terms of access to single market before we trigger a process with a two year deadline that will seriously weaken our negotiating position. This would also provide an opportunity for the UK public to approve of said terms.
