Petition Make BBC Parliament exempt from the TV licencing requirements

It is ridiculous at best, and undemocratic at worst, that in order to watch our elected representatives at work we're required to pay the BBC a licence fee. Whilst the argument is understandable for other BBC services, we should not have to pay to watch the democratic process of our country at work.
