Rejected petition Stop wasting tax-payers money on the Welsh language

When given choice for the second time in the 2011 census fewer used the Welsh language than in the 2001 census. Less than 3% should not be allowed to force language on 97%. Stop robbing the Welsh NHS and education budgets to promote a little wanted language.
