Every weekend binge drinkers clog up the hospital treatment rooms taking away valuable time and money.
I believe it's time for the government to put a charge on people who go out and get drunk and hurt themselves it's self inflected ,if we start to charge for treatment then I believe the health department would benefit in cost cutting and providing a better service for the decent people who want a better life.
