Petition Stop bonfires, during the hours of daylight, in residential areas.

I live in an area with large gardens but neighbours frequently have bonfires during daylight hours. Smoke never blows into their garden! Gardens should be enjoyed and relaxing but this is impossible with smoke making you choke. If they waited until after dark, then no-one would be affected by it.
