Rejected petition Cancel the 2016 summer recess to allow MPs to plan how to respond to Brexit

I call on MPs from all parties to cancel the summer recess so that they can work together to formulate a plan to respond to the Brexit vote and to reunite the people of this great country.

I feel that the responsibility for the current uncertainty in the financial markets and the disharmony between the countries of the United Kingdom and the polarisation of the general population can be clearly laid at the feet of the politicians on both sides. I call on them to do what we pay them for, govern this country for the benefit of all.
