The military personnel most seriously injured in Afghanistan - e.g having lost both legs, broken back, brain damage etc. who have, by their own efforts and despite those horrific injuries, made their lives viable again, must NOT have their compensation capped and must retain their rehabilitation rights even after discharge.
They gave their all, and the government must acknowledge and repay their sacrifice, without applying bureaucratic conditions to avoid doing so.
