If the UK Government clear any more Quantitive Easing, the money should be split fairly between tax payers on the proviso that ALL of it is used to pay down any debt owned. If no debt is owned by that tax payer they can invest the money in their own future pension.
In that way all money printed will be passed ultimately to the banks, bolstering their balance sheets. Reduce consumer debt levels, allowing people to start spending and the economy to start growing.
