Rejected petition Replace Long term Dole with Ration Book

Replace the current system of Dole/Job seekers benefit with a Ration book system for all claims over 2 years long. Pay unemployment benefit to only those who have paid National insurance. All other claims will be met by a book of Food and Clothing coupons. Drawn up in the same way as the WW2 system. What is needed for life plus 10%. No coupons for Tobacco or alcohol products. They are the reward of the working person.
