No-win No-Fee claims and cases have created a generation of cynical and greedy lawyers that encourage mad, risk-free lawsuits. Each time there is a "Health and Safety/Political Correctness Gone Mad" incident it is the fault of the No-Win No-fee Culture. It's time that Section 58 of the 1990 Courts and Legal Services Act which allowed this suing culture was reversed.
