Is UK not capable to design their own Human Right laws that suits the need of the country rather than Human Right laws from Europe. Why we elected you in the first place if Europe already establishes laws which supersedes British law.

So many dreadful events and criminal defences is Article 3 & 8. Conservative promised when in opposition to look into it and i think the time is NOW.
