Confirm that EU citizens currently living in the UK will continue to benefit from the EU principle of freedom of movement and all other acquired rights in the UK whatever the outcome of the Brexit negotiations.

Also confirm that any future additional complexity or increased fees to obtain registration certificates and permanent resident cards will not affect EU citizens currently living in the UK, who will continue to benefit from the current rules.
