Rejected petition Stop the 'slimming' of bins in towns and cities all across the country
Across the country councils have been 'slimming' the bins. This is to encourage people to recycle - this is not effective. For families across the country being forced to have a slimmed bin it is terrible. There is not enough room to store a 4person family's rubbish, this is forcing fly tipping.
