That a political party making pledges to carry out policies if elected,be held legally responsible for those pledges,and that if at the end of their term in goverment,those pledges have not been fulfiled,then all moneys paid to that party in salaries,expenses etc,be repaid in full,each individual of that party being liable for the amounts paid to them during this period.
