Rejected petition Stop "Gazumping" & "Gazundering" being legal in house sales in the UK!

COMPLETELY IMMORAL = BLACKMAIL!

Gazumping: putting a higher bid over an offer already agreed by someone else on a property.

Gazundering: just before exchange the buyer/seller demands a reduction in price just before with only course of action is to pull out and suffer a loss of costs etc.

It is completely immoral and despicable for people to blackmail others over a huge big decision with severe financial implications......but it's legal! This is an ongoing problem for young and old!

Can you please sign this petition if you have ever had a sale fall through last min, have been gazumped or gazundered!
