Petition A General election before October and summer recess in parliament cancelled?

1. For there to be a change in the law with immediate effect to enable a general election.
2. For parliamentary summer recess to be cancelled to enable resolution of Brexit.
3. A change in the law to separate financial services from electoral register to enable all and the young to vote.

The 1st two articles in this are very much self explanatory, however article 3' is specifically designed to ensure those who due to debt collectors having access to the electoral registration system, so can track those poor people down who were victims of the GEC, can finally clear house in parliament and punish those responsible and not the immigrants blamed for the countries mess. Also article 3' will see the law change to make it easy for the UK's young to vote by allowing temp registration.
