the require that every child needs to know both parents? the law forces children to see abscent parents even if child does not want to and it is a negative affect on the child ?but the law cannot force an abscent parent to see a child . so that message the law is quoting is very one sided and laws need to change . yes a child has i right to know both parent but only if its going to be a positive experience and benificial to the children
