Petition Water Bill Standing Charges

To hold a Public Inquiry into the Standing Charges added to Water Bills,
Standing Charges are for covering the cost of Sending bills, Printing Bills & so called paying for Answering Customer Enquiries.
Water companies are adding High Standing Charges to All bills to cover the basic charges incurred for printing bills and collecting the money.
These Charges can range from £30 to £120 per Bill per Household. and are Far too Excessive,
Bills are confusing and in many cases differ from bill to bill per household,
It's time the UK water Companies should have ONE Cubic Meter Costing, for usage, and that Standing Charges should be Banned.
It's Time Water Companies should produce a Simple And Clear Billing System, you pay for what you use, and return.
Bills should be ONLY charging for Water Used & Returned, + V.A.T
