Rejected petition Allow Chris brown in the UK

He's been banned from the UK since 2009 for the assault on his ex girlfriend Rihanna. He's off probation now. Since then he has matured and has a daughter. He has a lot of fans in the UK and we all want to see him here. Please give him a chance.
