Closed Clear food labelling for Genetically Modified ingredients

Adequate scientific testing has not yet been carried out on Genetically Modified crops and any possible long term effects it may have on consumers or the environment.

I believe it is imperative that consumers are given freedom to choose whether they buy products containing GM ingredients, including animal feed.

A clear labelling and symbol system, akin to the nutritional information system, would allow consumers to vote, with informed purchases, whether they want GM ingredients in their food.
