Rejected petition Prison Sentences to reflect the crime

Lets get rid of the softly softly prison sentances , and make prison mean prison not home away from home.
Sentances need to reflect the crime, you lose the right to human rights when you commit the crime.
i.e. whole life for murder(no parole), death by dangerous driving including while intoxicated(drink or drugs) min 15 years, ABH GBH or any other assualt min 10 years with option of lashes for more serious crimes
