Bring back conscription.

Any man or woman who isnt in a job by the age of 18 or in full time education should be made to join the armed forces. Instead of hanging around corner shops and attacking their innocent neighbours or OAP'S because they think they're "badmen" if they really wanna be "badmen" then they should join the armed forces where the real "badmen" are risking their lives for our countries.
