Rejected petition Enforce PayPal to release people's money within 2 hours.

When withdrawing money from a PayPal account PayPal promise they will be in your bank account within 2 hours. However, this is never the case. They hold on to the money for up to 3-4 days before releasing them claiming this is due to a so called 'security-check'.

It is clear that PayPal have invented these so called 'security-checks' just so they can hold on to people's money and get extra interest of the money.
