Petition All local council authorities must include childminders in free childcare scheme

Currently, it is not compulsory for local authorities to include childminders in any free hours childcare initiative. This is un-balanced and biased. Many parents prefer childminders as an alternative, for some, they need the flexibility. Childminders have to adhere to the same practices and rules.
