Rejected petition Strip Southern Rail and Thameslink of their rail franchises and hand over to TFL

Services to South London and beyond from Govia Thameslink are awful. Streatham, Balham, Clapham, Wandsworth, Tulse Hill, Herne Hill, Wimbledon, Tooting, Croydon, Norbury, Mitcham and beyond deserve better.

Strip Govia Thameslink of their franchise and hand over control to TFL.
