Rejected petition Unelected Prime Ministers should be forced to call a General Election

This year we will have a new Prime Minister from two candidates, Teresa May and Andrea Leadsom, neither of whom will take the post with a mandate from the people of the United Kingdom to lead. The office of Prime Minister should be held by someone who has been voted for by the British people.
