Rejected petition Investigate highway maintenence and road repair workers who are over staffed

I drive nationwide and every other day I see 8-10 road workers watching 1 or 2 men working ,cones are on roads for months etc or workers sat in vans reading newspapers our roads are in chaos as half of these employees stand around doing nothing I have pictures to prove this issue .
