Petition Ban all HGVs overtaking restrict to inside lane only motorways dual carriageways

Lorries that overtake can sometimes take 2-5 miles to do so and should all be restricted to roughly the same maximum speed, I Believe that all HGVs should be banned from overtaking and be restricted to use if the inside lane only (except if Turing right dual carriageways )

I'm sure we have all spent miles behind a lorry creeping past another whilst blocking a huge queue of cars and vehicles who are clearly faster moving only for the lorry to after an age pull back in front of the other lorry it's absolutely pointless and dangerous and costs money in water time for others and builds anger and frustration in all concerned
