1) Terminated a property management company if found to be unfit for purpose.or breaking there own term and conditions

2) Resident should have the right to withhold service charges, until above is resolved.
3) Legal right to pursue the builder for compensation
4) Property mangement company and builder must declare any interest in any company employed or contracted to carried out work.
