Asthma sufferers need protecting from Smoke from Garden Fires in Law, in this day and age with Air pollution it can be a Killer for not only these but anyone who has a Lung and Breathing issue, Clean Air act does Not Protect these people at this time, they have a right to live and breath.

The Government talks on so called Clean Air but have Failed to look into these people and Protect them in Law, very wrong and selfish on their part as you have to have the issue to know, also Hay Fever another Lung issue from the same.

There are Recycling outlets to stop this and Must be used by All and Not the Few, Fires also cause issues with Wildlife and Nesting Birds which are Declining at a large rate.

Common sense must Prevail.
