Petition Mileage Based Bus Fare tables

I wuld like the governnment to introduce a mileage based fares timetable , nationally including Scotland ,Wales and Northern Ireland.
1: A distance of say 10 miles should have a fare single £4 -£4.50p and a £5.50p return.
2: Distance 20 miles should have fare of £6 single or £8 return.
With operators having tickets such as megarider or dayrider , these day or weekly tickets should be encoranged beyond Stagecoach who use it .
This itself has a difference as Stagecoach opertes those tickets but prices vary from the different stagecoach operators .
Example : Stagecoach In Northants £10.30p Dayrider ,and £28week ticket .
Stagecoach in Oxfordshire dayrider £7 , week ticket £25.
